Be A Part Of Labor History

Oregon AFL-CIO

The Labor Archives of Washington (LAW) at the University of Washington Libraries is asking for local unions, labor-affiliated organizations, and related civil rights and social justice organizations in Oregon and around our region to participate in the PNW Labor Records Survey.

This survey is a fantastic opportunity to help preserve the contributions our unions have made for working people in Oregon and I hope you can join me in participating. The data collected by this survey will help the LAW better understand the recordkeeping needs of unions and other labor organizations, as well as make connections with unions interested in assistance with records management and preservation issues.

Please take a few minutes this week to complete the survey online. If you would prefer to request a paper form or phone consultation, please contact Labor Archivist Crystal Rodgers at rodgercr@uw.edu.
