The PRO Act

Oregon AFL-CIO

The Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act just passed a major milestone and was voted out of committee. Now, it’s poised for a vote on the floor of the U.S. House—but the fight isn’t over. We need members of Congress to keep up the momentum to get the PRO Act passed.

In Oregon, we're proud to have Senators Wyden and Merkley, as well as Representatives Bonamici, Blumenauer, and DeFazio as co-sponsors of this critical piece of legislation. Unfortunately, Congressman Schrader is currently unwilling to co-sponsor or even vote for this bill, the much-needed and long-awaited labor law reform working Americans expect.
